Starting with a blank piece of paper, you can design everything from how the building will look externally right through to how many power sockets you will want in each room and you can choose all your own internal finishes from tiles, to kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings and decoration!
Not only will your Home be designed to your exact requirements but it is usually the case that a completed scheme will generate significant equity and this is obviously not the case when a new build property is purchased direct from a Developer. As an example, a recent project that we have just completed generated a theoretical equity of £165,000 for the Client. The 200m2 dwelling was located on a site that cost £140,000, the all in design and build cost was £290,000 and the property was valued on completion at £595,000!
The services we offer can include as much or as little as you need from Land acquisition, Detailed design, Planning applications and approvals, Building Regulation approvals, through to the complete construction of the property ready for you to simply move in! We always endeavour to take all of the hassle out of the process by taking responsibility for dealing with all the Planning, Building Control and Statutory Authority issues, which leaves you free to concentrate on the far more important and interesting issues such as furniture layouts, kitchen designs, lighting, internal features and finishes.
If your project has already been designed then we would be very pleased to provide a comprehensive fixed price quotation in respect of the building work which would include everything from foundations to finishes.
