This project involved the construction of 8 luxury two bedroomed retirement bungalows on the site of a former allotment.
The bungalows were constructed with specialist features to suit the target market with layouts specially designed by our consultant design team.
Internally the bungalows were finished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchens, luxury bathrooms and walk in shower rooms, the very latest electrical and plumbing / heating systems, hardwood joinery, feature tiling, feature fireplaces, bespoke decoration and a mixture of carpeted and tiled floor coverings.
