Regent Parade Alteration and Refurbishment Project

This project involved the alteration and complete refurbishment of an existing nineteenth Century stone built property to create a stunning 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, including feature terrace and basement storage.

The work carried out included structural alterations, formation of new bedroom and ensuite accommodation and the complete refurbishment of the existing accommodation areas comprising a fully fitted kitchen, new electrical, plumbing and heating systems, sliding sash windows, plastering, joinery, tiling, decoration and floor coverings.

In addition to the above, the external walls, terrace area and basement were fully renovated.

The interiors which can be seen on the project photos were designed and completed by our in house design team who are available to supplement our construction services if required or they can work directly to Clients on an independent basis.
