The Hall Extension Project

This project involved the complete refurbishment and extension of an existing eighteenth Century building, including all associated external works, to create a stunning 6,000 square foot property.

Work included the removal and replacement of the existing roof structure with a prefabricated attic truss roof and Welsh slate roof coverings, removal and replacement of all windows with hardwood double glazed mock sliding sash units, repointing of all the stonework, construction of a three storey extension, a triple garage and a spa building.

Internally all rooms were stripped back to the shell and completely refurbished. This work included a new fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, formation of four bathroom / ensuite areas, new electrical and plumbing / heating systems, plastering, joinery, tiling, feature fireplaces, decoration and a mixture of solid oak and carpeted floor coverings.

In addition to the above, the external areas were redeveloped to create a new driveway, children’s play area, a garden terrace, a barbeque area and a golf practice facility.
